Guo Wei

Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Guo is the board chairman and CEO at DC Holdings. Prior to this appointment, he had served as Vice Chairman, President and the Chief Executive Officer of the company beginning in February 2001. Prior to leading the team to found DC Holdings, he was with Lenovo Group, serving as both an executive director and senior vice president.

Mr. Guo has over 30 years of experience in strategy development and business management. He was named as one of the "50 Most Powerful Business Elites in China" by Fortune China from 2011 to 2013. He was also previously named as a Future Economic Leader of China and one of the "Top Ten Meritorious Persons of China's Software Industry".

Mr. Guo holds numerous public offices including as a standing committee member of the 11th and 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and a member of the Fourth Advisory Committee for State Informatization.

Lin Yang

Vice Chairman of the Board

Mr. Lin is the vice chairman of DC Holdings' Board of Directors and also a director of several subsidiary companies associated with DC Holdings. Mr. Lin previously served as the Executive Vice President and President of DC Holdings. He held his post as the CEO from April 2011 to June 2018 and before his tenure with DC Holdings, he was a senior executive at Lenovo Group.

With over 30 years of management experience in the technology sector, he was given the Lifetime Achievement Award by the IT Channel Elite Panel and was also recognized as one of the "Most Influential Figures in IT Distribution”. He was also named as one of the "Leaders of China's Information Industry".

Maria Kwok

Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Kwok is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Digital China Holdings Limited and is responsible for DC Holdings’ overall strategy, business performance, marketing efforts, investment activity, mergers and acquisitions, as well as innovation and globalization initiatives. Ms. Kwok has over 20 years of management experience in multinational corporations. She was previously the General Manager of both the APAC Mergers and Acquisitions division and Business Development and Marketing division at Emerson Electric Group. After joining Intel in 2000, Ms. Kwok was President of the Solutions Group, responsible for solution consulting, development of new applications and partner ecosystem development in APAC. Since joining Microsoft in 2006, she has been the President of Microsoft’s Greater China Strategy and Investment, leading their Greater China strategy and as well as implementation efforts for Microsoft’s investment projects globally.

Yale Shen

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Shen is the current Chief Technology Officer of Digital China Holdings Limited and is responsible for the group’s overall technology strategy.

Mr. Shen is a leading figure in the field of Software Defined Network, cloud architecture and solutions sector for nearly 30 years. He was previously the Chief Cloud Architect of Cisco and was also the Head of Technology and Strategic Planning at both Intel and Microsoft, responsible for software development, solutions consultancy and business development.

Sun Yang

Senior Vice President

Mr. Sun has served as senior vice president of DC Holdings since November 2017. He is also a director of several subsidiaries associated with the company, chairman of the board of supervisors of Digital China Information Service Company Ltd. (Listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange) and chairman of Digital China Software Limited, both of which are subsidiaries of DC Holdings.


Mr. Sun has served in a variety of roles across his 26 years of experience in financial technology, asset management, credit ratings, investment and financial management including as Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager of the IT Department of China Orient Asset Management Co., Ltd., the Deputy General Manager of Orient Bangtong Rongtong Holding Co., Ltd., Chairman of Dongfang Bangxin Financial Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and Deputy General Manager for Dongfang Jincheng International Trust Valuation Limited.
