DC Holdings boasts three management keys including: "Building Leading Group," "Setting Strategies" and "Team-Building".

"Building Leading Group" is the prerequisite for "Setting Strategies" and "Team-Building." The leading group makes right decisions by setting strategies and put it into practice by team building so as to achieve the healthy development of enterprises. 

Building Leading Group

Competent and honest managers are selected to build a leading group, which formed a vertical and horizontal division of labor, to achieve rational decision-making through efficiency and teamwork. This would constrain the implementation of the leaders and enhance the prestige enjoyed by the leadership.

Setting Strategies

Depicting vision, clarifying strategy, setting strategies, tactical breakdown, determining leaders, adjusting the organizational structure and developing incentive assessments are DC Holdings' steps to set strategies. However, it isn't a simple step-by-step process nor can it overemphasize the role of a certain link in the process. The effective development of a strategy requires a comprehensive approach with systematic thinking, coordination and promotion.

Team-Building

The phrase "team-building" means the members should be motivated to take actions in an ordered way so as to ensure the implementation of strategies. The key to "team building" is incentives and culture.

Corporate Culture

Embodying individual pursuit into that of the company and making employees grow together with the company serves as the root culture of DC Holdings. It is the cornerstone to drive the development of DC Holdings.
