Safety & Health Policy

DC Holdings strives to provide a safe and healthy environment for our employees, customers, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders during their associations with the company.

We are committed to:
• Providing a safe working environment for our employees to enable us being a good and safe place to work;
• Operating a safety and health management system that complies with relevant laws, regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices;
• Promoting and fostering a safety and health culture by maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders through various channels;
• Requiring contractors to demonstrate the same commitment in safety & health;

We expect all employees and contractors to:
• Follow established safety rules and procedures;
• Take reasonable care of their own safety and health and consider the safety of others who may be affected by their acts;
• Report all identified hazards to their immediate supervisor or manager timely;
• Report all incidents and injuries to their immediate supervisor or manager timely.

The Company adopts an Enterprise Risk Management approach to identify, assess and respond to and report on risks that might affect the Company, including risks related to health and safety. All business units assess the relevant risks and the information is reported to our Internal Audit team every regular period.
The Company will review the DC Holdings Safety and Health Policy from time to time as appropriate in accordance with its corporate strategy.
