Supplier Policy

DC Holdings takes integrity seriously, and expects its suppliers, their employees and subsidiaries, etc. maintains a high level of integrity in the same manner. The Company requires suppliers to conduct business with us in an ethical, socially and environmentally responsible manner.

The Company requests suppliers to declare and abide by the Code of Conduct outlined below.

  1. comply with the enactments, orders or regulations issued by the government or other authority of the jurisdiction where they operate;
  2. Business Integrity and Ethics
    • act honestly, fairly and ethically in every aspect of their business, including sourcing, operations and relationships with clients, employees, contractors/suppliers and business partners;
    • make every reasonable effort to avoid or resolve conflict of interest in their business dealings with us;
    • prohibit any direct or indirect bribery or corruption under all circumstances;
  3. Labor Standards and Practices
    • comply with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to human rights, occupational health and safety, and industrial relations;
    • not to employ any person under the legal employment age, or any forced or illegal labour.
  4. Health and Safety
    • comply with applicable occupational safety and health legislations and pertinent requirements to provide a safe and healthy working environment;
  5. Environment
    • comply with all applicable environmental codes and practices, laws and regulations in the jurisdiction where they operate; and ensure that they obtain and maintain all necessary environmental permits and registrations to conduct their business;
    • Manage an effective system to manage environmental issues including measuring and reporting of their environmental impacts; and take all appropriate and reasonable measures to sustain and protect the environment through proper waste management, pollution control and recycling;
  6. Confidentiality
    • comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations. Suppliers shall treat all information provided by the Company in confidence, and shall not disclose such information to unauthorised third parties or the public;
  7. Intellectual Property Rights
    • recognise and respect the Company’s and other owners’ intellectual property rights in their trademarks, copyright, design and patents;
  8. Reporting Violations
    • report any violations or suspected violations of applicable laws, regulations and this Code of Conduct to the Company and other relevant supervisions.

The Company will review the DC Holdings Supplier Code of Conduct Policy from time to time in accordance with its corporate strategies and development on supplier compliance issues relating to its operations.
