The Company is committed to:

• integrating environmental considerations into sourcing contractors and suppliers, procurement processes and activities;
• purchasing environmentally friendly products, for example recycled or biodegradable products, or products with greater durability, whenever practicable;
• purchasing locally made products to minimise carbon footprint from transportation whenever practicable;
• minimising purchase of single-use or disposable items;
• minimising packaging whenever practicable;
• considering the environmental, energy, water and other natural resources implications as well as waste generation at all stages of the life cycle of the product to be procured;
• implementing the Company Supplier Code of Conduct Policy and complying with or exceeding environmental regulatory requirements;
• assessing contractors and suppliers based on their environmental performance;
• enhancing awareness of responsible and green procurement among employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders;

The Company will review the DC Holdings Sustainable Procurement Policy from time to time in accordance with its corporate strategies and development on sustainable procurement issues relating to its operations.
