Human Rights Policy

DC Holdings places a strong emphasis on human rights and human capital. The Company respects and promotes human rights with reference to the principles stipulated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.

The Company is committed to:
1. Human Rights and Labour Practices
• Adopting zero tolerance against any forms of discrimination, harassment and violence regarding age, gender, sexual orientation, relationship, family status, disability, race, ethnicity, nationality, medical condition, religious and political beliefs or any other characteristics protected by law;
• Prohibiting the use of child labour in our businesses and supply chains. All our employees must be above the legal age of employment in the locations the Company operates;
• Adopting zero tolerance on any forced or compulsory labour, and not engaging in any forms of human trafficking or employment of illegal labour in its operations and supply chains;
• Respecting the rights and freedom of its employees to join, form or not to join labour unions as permitted by law;
