DC Holdings is committed to high standards of business ethics and corporate governance. We require our employees to observe general practices of business and professional conduct while performing their jobs.
The Company encourages its employees and all those who have dealings with the Company (e.g. customers, contractors, suppliers, etc.) to act as a whistleblower and report any suspected wrongdoings such as misconduct, malpractice and unethical behavior to the Internal Audit team of the Company.
Examples of wrongdoings, but are not limited to the following:
Assault/intimidation | Fighting or using abusive, assaulting, intimidating, threatening language or gestures to colleagues/customers |
Bribery | Giving or soliciting any advantages |
Discrimination/Harassment | Causing humiliation or using abusive language or gestures about a person because of their race, color, gender, nationality, appearance, etc. |
Fraudulent Acts | Falsifying employment, medical or other official documents |
Theft | Theft of property from colleagues, clients or from the Company |
Violation of Safety Rules | Smoking in prohibited areas |
Wilful Damage | Willful destruction or damage of Company or other employees’ property |
All information received from a Whistleblower will be kept confidential, except where there is legal or regulatory requirements to disclose it or where it is disclosed to law enforcement. Reports made by Whistleblowers should include details of the wrongdoings (including names of those involved, timings, dates and places) and any supporting evidence.
Whistleblowers are strongly encouraged to provide their names and contact details and they make their reports to the Company by email to: dchaudit@dcholdings.com.
The Company will review the DC Holdings Whistleblowing Policy from time to time as appropriate in accordance with its corporate strategy.
